Stamppot with a twist
This winter Café de Lange Heer invites seven culinary restaurants for its Stamppot Take-over. Edition 6 is on Monday 5 April 2027, when ML takes over the kitchen. Chefs known for refined cooking put their own spin on the classic Dutch mash, with surprising flavours, combinations and presentation.
The menu
- Starter: changing snack board with treats from De Kaaskampanje
- Main: stamppot with a culinary twist by ML
- Dessert: dessert by ML

- Where: Café de Lange Heer, Lange Herenstraat 6, Haarlem (2 minutes from Haarlem station)
- Price: €25 p.p. for 3 courses; matching wines from Wijnkoperij Moolenaar (glass €6, bottle €25, dessert wine €5)
