Haarlem lights walk: 20 November, start in the Hout

Friday 20 November

On Friday 20 November 2026 the fourth Soellaart Lichtjeswandeling takes place. SportSupport runs it. Start in Haarlemmerhout, at the music pavilion. Finish on Grote Markt, with a closing party.

Registration is only through their site. The last step is iDeal. Sign-up opens 1 September 2026. Cap: 8000 walkers.

Two routes

Hero 6 km family route, start 18:00. Lowa 10 km evening route, start 19:00. Your wave time comes by email and sits on the stamp-card envelope. Be in the Hout 15 minutes early. Walking as a group with mixed times: later is fine, earlier is not.

Adults: 17.50 euros for 6 km, 20 euros for 10 km. Children 12 and under: 7.50 euros. That is on the registration page.

At the start you get a Lichtjeswandeling bottle from Soellaart. The site prices it at 19.95 euros. Stamp cards: collect from Saturday 14 November at Soellaart, Kleine Houtstraat 49-53. Hours: participant info.

Work teams and a bed nearby

New this year: BusinessWalk. Company teams on 6 or 10 km. Meet at Carlton Square Hotel, next to the start. The hotel has an overnight offer for participants. Prices are not on the walk site.

Come by bike if you can. Bike parks they name: Houtplein (start), Smedestraat (near the finish), Botermarkt, Hortusplein.
